If you have never had these muffins, be prepared to fall in love! Yes, they are that good because they taste just like a cinnamon donuts.
Yes, a donut and you can make them at home in no time at all. You don’t even need a mixer, just two bowls a muffin tin, fork and the ingredients. These would be perfect to make for kids on Saturday morning after a sleep over or for Sunday brunch. They will last for a 2-3 days covered on the counter, or a week in the refrigerator and re-heated, gently. They are best the day they are made.

Hi, I am Amy, and I am a confessed Food Lover, Garden Addict and Photo Junkie!
During the day you can find me in my garden or kitchen, and most likely my camera won’t be far. When I am not at home I like to head to the gym, or stretch out at hot yoga. I didn’t really start cooking and baking until I got married and I needed to feed my family!
Superfoods are nutrient-dense, whole foods that contain a high concentration of phytonutrients, long chain carbohydrates and omega 3s.
In order for a food to be labeled a Superfood, it must offer specific health benefits above and beyond its normal nutritional value. Superfoods work together synergistically with your body systems, nourishing you at the cellular level for optimal health benefits.
Adding Superfoods to your daily menu is a smart (and yummy) way to optimize your health.
