Fitness is made in your kitchen | ahealthylifeforme.com

I get asked often how I stay fit, and it is usually when I am in the gym. When I answer that it is mostly diet I typically get a disbelieving look. I understand the look, I mean I am typically standing in front of them holding weights or sweating from a killer workout.

My diet is the main reason for my fitness level and wellness. I say its 70% diet 30% exercise. Whole foods are the core to my diet and I try to eat foods that are closest to their natural state. This ensures that I will be feeding my body a wide variety of nutrients including vitamins, minerals, fiber, and essential fatty acids.  Trying to avoid processed foods and refined carbohydrates.   Ensuring that I have a high energy level and my body has what it needs to repair the constant damage that occurs with out body on a daily basis. This not only gives me fuel for the day, but to perform at the highest level at the gym, ensuring I am getting in the best workout.

When Chuice asked me if I would try their real food juice, I was excited for the opportunity.  Their juice is not just a premium juice but more food than juice.  Chuice contains over 35 fruits, vegetables, herbs, nuts and seeds.  I was impressed with their dedication to provide a premium product loaded with fiber, protein and healthy fats. Which gives us a balanced and sustainable energy.

    Hi Amy,

When I saw this on Bloglovin I thought you had written a book. 😉
However, Chuice sounds really good. I’ll have to try it.
