Goat Cheese and Honey Fig Crackers

by Amy Stafford on July 26, 2012

This is the perfect appetizer.  It takes no time to put together (I mean it takes minutes), it is delicious, (OMG delicious) and it has bacon in it!

Here is the thing, I used these crackers that are so addictive.  I found them at the Fresh Market, called Fig Crackers made by The Fine Cheese Co..  If you can’t find them any sweet cracker will work.

To make 10 crackers:

  • 2 ounces of crumbled goat cheese
  • 2 strips of crispy bacon, diced
  • 2 tablespoons of good honey

In a medium bowl add cheese, bacon and 1 tablespoon of honey, mix.  Lay out crackers and add a tablespoon of mix on top of each cracker and drizzle honey on top.

That’s it- I mean they are so good!!
