Ingredients

ounces
fresh black mission figs
ends trimmed and quartered
2
tablespoons
balsamic vinegar
1
tablespoon
honey
Instructions
Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
Place trimmed and quartered figs into a small baking dish and drizzle vinegar and honey over top.
Toss to coat figs.
Cover with aluminum foil
Bake figs for 15 minutes.
Remove and let cool a few minutes then puree in blender for 1-2 minutes.
Store in an airtight container for 1-2 weeks.
