6apricotscut in half and pitted
3-4ouncesGoat cheesesoftened it can easily be spread.
10-12Marcona Almondssliced into slivers
1/2ounceof Microgreenshalf of 1 ounce container
Drizzle Honey
Instructions
Cut Apricots in half and pit.
Take softened goat cheese by spoonful and smear into the center of each Apricot, filling the area that held the pit you removed. Mound up goat cheese if you like.
Continue filling remaining apricots and put on serving platter.
Sprinkle slivers of almonds, a few sprouts of microgreens.
