Buffalo Chicken Meatballs

Buffalo chicken meatballs are a great alternative to regular hot wings and are easier to eat and serve.  They are a great party appetizer, versatile, and easy to make!

Simple Ingredients

You'll only need a few ingredients to make this easy recipe, so let's round them up and get started!

Mix the Seasonings

Whisk together the egg, milk, buffalo sauce, breadcrumbs, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper.

Add Ground Chicken

Add the ground chicken to the seasoning mixture, and gently combine until just mixed.

Shape the Meatballs

Roll a tablespoon of chicken mixture into a ball and place on baking sheet. Repeat to make 20 meatballs.

Bake

Bake the meatballs for 15 minutes. Then drizzle buffalo sauce over them and roll the meatballs in the sauce.

Enjoy!

Scatter scallions on top, and serve with toothpicks and a small bowl of extra sauce on the side.
