Cranberry Brownies

Double Chocolate Cranberry Brownies are easy AND healthy! They're made with ingredients that you can feel good about like coconut sugar and high-cacao chocolate!

Simple Ingredients

You've most likely got most of the ingredients we'll be using today in your pantry already... so let's get to baking!

Preheat the Oven

Also remember to line your baking pan with parchment and grease it! 

Mix Dry Ingredients

Combine the dry ingredients in a mixing bowl. Next, in a separate bowl, melt the chocolate and butter.

Mix Wet Ingredients

Add the sugars and vanilla to your chocolate mix. Then, whisk the eggs, and stir them in as well. 

Combine Everything

Slowly stir your chocolate mixture into the flour mixture, tossing in the cranberries and chocolate chips too. 

Bake the Brownies

Pour the batter into your greased pan and bake for 30 minutes.
