Cook the Onions

Cook onions until soft, then add garlic, oregano, and cumin. Cook for 1 minute, remove from heat and add green chilis.

Make the Filling

In a large bowl, combine chili-onion mixture, chicken, salsa Verde, cilantro, cheese, and salt and pepper.

Fill the Tortillas

Add filling to the center of each tortilla. Roll it up and place it seam side-down in prepared baking dish.

Add the Cheese
