This fun and easy recipe, also known as Bibimbap, is made up of a bowl of rice, fresh asparagus, marinated steak, and topped with a fried egg!

Process the sesame seeds, fleur de sel, and chile powder until half of the sesame seeds are finely ground.
Mix the soy sauce, sesame oil, green onions, sugar, sake, and garlic in a zip-top bag.
Cut the steak into ⅛ inch-thick slices and drop them into the bag. Shake to coat and then let marinate.
Boil rice and water in medium saucepan. Then lower the heat, cover, and cook for 20 minutes.
Toss asparagus with sesame oil, and sauté until crisp-tender. Then set aside and sprinkle with salt.
Add the steak to the griddle and grill it until it is just browned, about one minute per side.
Add a few eggs to the griddle and cook them sunny-side-up.
Divide the warm rice between the bowls, and then top with beef, asparagus, a fried egg (or two), and a drizzle of sriracha sauce.
