Pecan Pie Overnight Oats are a healthy breakfast that will fill you right up! These oats are packed with nutrients, and will give you energy for the day ahead!
There are just 5 main ingredients involved in making this breakfast. Really, that's it!
Mix the muesli (or oats), milk, spices, and maple syrup in a bowl. Cover and refrigerate it for at least 5 hours.
Combine the pecans and maple syrup on a tray and bake for 2 minutes. Stir, and bake for 2 more.
Combine the same ingredients in a skillet over medium heat, stirring occasionally for 3-4 minutes.
Place the overnight oats in a bowl, and top them with a spoonful of yogurt and the pecan crumble topping!
