Steak Taco Bowl

What is a Steak Taco Bowl?

Season the Steak

First, season the steak by rubbing it with olive oil, and then coating it with half of the seasoning mixture.

Cook the Steak

Then heat up a heavy skillet over medium-high heat, and cook the steak to your desired doneness.

Cool the Steak

Take the cooked steak out of the pan and set it aside on a clean plate to rest.

Add the Rice

Add the remaining olive oil, fajita seasoning, rice, and red peppers to the skillet and stir.

Warm the Rice

Let this warm up for a couple of minutes, and then add your lemon juice and half of the parsley.

Assemble the Bowls

Cut the steak into strips. Then divide the rice into two bowls, top with steak, and garnish with sour cream.
