This creamy salmon sushi bake recipe with sesame seeds and nori is like an easy weeknight version of your favorite sushi roll.

Coat salmon with olive oil, bake on baking sheet for 15 minutes, then remove from the oven.
Use two forks to carefully shred the salmon, then transfer it to a bowl.
Add the soy sauce and 2 tablespoons mayo. Mix until well combined. Set it aside.
Cook the rice for 15 minutes or until fluffy and all of the water is absorbed.
Place the rice in a large bowl, and add rice vinegar, sugar, salt, and Everything Bagel seasoning.
Press the rice into a 9×11″ baking dish.
