What is a Sushi Bake?

Simple Ingredients

You'll only need a few ingredients to make this easy recipe, so let's round them up and get started!

Bake the Salmon

Coat salmon with olive oil, bake on baking sheet for 15 minutes, then remove from the oven.

Shred the Salmon

Use two forks to carefully shred the salmon, then transfer it to a bowl.

Make It Creamy

Add the soy sauce and 2 tablespoons mayo. Mix until well combined. Set it aside.

Cook the Rice

Cook the rice for 15 minutes or until fluffy and all of the water is absorbed.

Season It

Place the rice in a large bowl, and add rice vinegar, sugar, salt, and Everything Bagel seasoning.

Add to Baking Dish

Press the rice into a 9×11″ baking dish.

Assemble

Top the rice with creamy salmon, drizzle with remaining mayo, add Sriracha, and sprinkle with sesame seeds.

Bake

Pop it into the oven for 20 minutes.

Serve

Garnish it with green onions and serve it with nori. Enjoy!
