Ingredients

CHIA SEED PUDDING

  • 1/4 cup chia seeds
  • 1 cup nut milk of your choice
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 scoop Collagen Powder optional

TOPPINGS

  • Strawberries
  • Blueberries
  • Blackberries
  • Yogurt
  • Slivered Almonds
  • drizzle of honey
  • dusting of cinnamon

Instructions

CHIA SEED PUDDING

  • In a bowl or small pitcher add milk, vanilla extract, and collagen or protein powder
  • Stir to combine
  • Add in chia seeds and stir to combine
  • Pour evenly into two different container
  • Place containers in the refrigerator for 3 hours or overnight

TOPPINGS

  • When ready to eat or serve, remove from refrigerator and top with berries, almonds and honey.
