CHIA SEED PUDDING
- 1/4 cup chia seeds
- 1 cup nut milk of your choice
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 scoop Collagen Powder optional
TOPPINGS
- Strawberries
- Blueberries
- Blackberries
- Yogurt
- Slivered Almonds
- drizzle of honey
- dusting of cinnamon
CHIA SEED PUDDING
In a bowl or small pitcher add milk, vanilla extract, and collagen or protein powder
Stir to combine
Add in chia seeds and stir to combine
Pour evenly into two different container
Place containers in the refrigerator for 3 hours or overnight
