Gluten Free Yellow Banana Cake
Gluten Free Yellow Banana Cake is a little bit of sweet heaven. The moist gluten-free yellow cake with fresh banana flavor topped with a classic white frosting makes the perfect dessert cake or decadent breakfast cake.

- 1 box yellow cake mix
- 2 ripe bananas mashed
- 3 eggs room temperature
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter softened
- 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1/4 cup of classic white frosting mix {I used Pillsbury premade}
Preheat oven to 350°
Grease and flour or spray with baking spray a 9" loaf pan, set aside
In a large mixing bowl or electric mixer, beat butter, eggs and mashed banana together. Once butter is creamed add cinnamon and entire box of yellow cake mix. Whip until blended evenly.
Pour batter into prepared loaf pan and bake for 50-55 minutes or until cake tester comes out dry. {mine was done in 50 minutes}
Remove and set on rack to cool.
When cake is cooled completely top with frosting.
