Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 cup mixed frozen strawberries blueberries, and raspberries
  • 1 cup unsweetened almond milk
  • 1 Tbsp raw honey
  • 1 Tbsp fresh grated ginger
  • juice from 1/2 lemon
  • 1 Tbsp chia seeds stir in after blending

Instructions

  • Add all ingredients to blender and blend.
