White Chocolate M&M Cookies
White Chocolate M&M Cookies are a simple crispy, sweet cookie that has the colors of red, pink and white thanks to the valentines day themed M&M candies.

Ingredients
- 2 sticks 16 tablespoonsunsalted butter, room temperature
- 1 1/2 cups granulated sugar
- 1 cup light brown sugar packed
- 2 eggs room temperature
- 1 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract or DAVE's vanilla & coffee syrup
- 3 cups all purpose flour
- 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 2 cups white chocolate chips
- 1 cup M&M's Valentine colors

- Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Line two baking sheets with silpats or parchment paper.
- In a medium bowl stir together flour, baking soda and salt.
- In an electric mixer cream sugars and butter. Add eggs and vanilla or DAVE's, beat to blend. While mixer is on low add flour mixture, just until blended then add chocolate chips and M&M's, just until blended.
- Drop 3 tablespoon size onto baking sheets. Place one cookie sheet on top rack and other on bottom for 7-8 minutes. Switch cookie sheets positions and bake for an additional 7-8 minutes. Cookies will be only slightly brown.
- Remove and let completely cool before trying to transfer to racks.
