Tips for Growing Carrots and Honey Roasted Carrot Recipe

Ingredients

  • Bunch of whole Carrots
  • 2 tablespoons Olive Oil
  • Pinch of Kosher Salt
  • Pinch of Black Pepper
  • 1 tablespoon Honey more if needed

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 425 degrees.
  • Line a baking pan with foil.
  • Rinse and peel your carrots.
  • Cut carrots at an angle or cut down the middle or roast whole
  • Drizzle with olive oil, add salt and pepper.
  • Roast for 30 minutes.
  • Remove from oven, drizzle with honey, toss and serve.
