Ingredients
Bunch of whole Carrots
2
tablespoons
Olive Oil
Pinch
of Kosher Salt
Pinch
of Black Pepper
1
tablespoon
Honey
more if needed
Instructions
Preheat oven to 425 degrees.
Line a baking pan with foil.
Rinse and peel your carrots.
Cut carrots at an angle or cut down the middle or roast whole
Drizzle with olive oil, add salt and pepper.
Roast for 30 minutes.
Remove from oven, drizzle with honey, toss and serve.
