25 Minute Garlic Mashed Potatoes

These Garlic Mashed Potatoes only take 25-minutes to make and are packed with cheesy-garlic flavor. The secret is the addition of creamy Finlandia Black Garlic Cheese. An excellent choice for Thanksgiving or to pair with a steak on the weekend.

Ingredients

  • 4 pounds of red potatoes quartered
  • 1/2 cup Finlandia black garlic cheese spread
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1 1/4 teaspoon kosher salt
  • 1 tablespoon bunch of fresh parsley chopped {about 1 }
  • 1 tablespoon minced fresh thyme {no stem}

Instructions

  • Place potatoes and garlic in a Dutch oven; add water to cover. Bring to a boil and cook, uncovered for 15 minutes or until potatoes are tender.
  • Drain; return potatoes to pan. Mash potatoes till chunky consistency.
  • Stir in cheese, milk, salt, and fresh herbs.
  • Serve and enjoy.
