Ingredients
4poundsof red potatoesquartered
1/2cupFinlandia black garlic cheese spread
1/2cupmilk
1 1/4teaspoonkosher salt
1tablespoonbunch of fresh parsleychopped {about 1 }
1tablespoonminced fresh thyme {no stem}
Instructions
Place potatoes and garlic in a Dutch oven; add water to cover. Bring to a boil and cook, uncovered for 15 minutes or until potatoes are tender.
Drain; return potatoes to pan. Mash potatoes till chunky consistency.
Stir in cheese, milk, salt, and fresh herbs.
Serve and enjoy.
