Ingredients

  • 1 tablespoon ground mustard
  • 3 tablespoons pure maple syrup
  • 2 tablespoons yellow mustard
  • 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon liquid coconut aminos
  • ½ teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 garlic clove minced
  • 1 1/2 pounds boneless skinless chicken thighs or breasts {about 6-8 pieces}
  • ¼ teaspoon sea salt
  • 1 tablespoon coconut oil {only use if you need to grease grill grate}

Instructions

  • Combine the first 7 ingredients in large sealable plastic bag.
  • Sprinkle salt and pepper over chicken and add to bag, seal and place in the fridge for 30 minutes or longer. The more time you allow the chicken to marinade the better the flavor will be.
  • Preheat grill to medium-high heat.
  • Remove chicken from bag and place on the grill or in the skillet to cook. Discard bag and marinade.
  • Cook chicken for about 8-10 minutes on both sides or until done.
  • Remove chicken and serve immediately.
