Ingredients

  • 1 cup of cubed seedless watermelon
  • 1 cup of hulled strawberries
  • Juice from 1/2 lime
  • 4 ounces simple syrup
  • 10 ounces Gin I used G'Vine Gin
  • club soda
  • 4 Lime Wedges
  • Fresh Ice

Instructions

  • Place Watermelon and strawberries in a blender and puree.
  • Add Lime Juice, Gin and Simple syrup and pulse blender to combine.
  • Fill high ball with fresh ice and pour Strawberry Watermelon Puree.
  • Top with Club Soda and a Lime Wedge
