Peach Tomato Caprese Salad
This Peach Tomato Caprese Salad is a super simple, summer salad recipe that may become your favorite way to enjoy all those wonderful tomatoes. The sweetness of summer peaches along side of vine ripened tomatoes is a surprisingly wonderful flavor combination.

I like to make this at least 30 minutes before serving. It gives the ingredients a chance to marinate and bring out all their best flavors.
