Cookies and Cream Protein Smoothie

Cookies and Cream Protein Smoothie shake for breakfast just might be heaven in a glass.  A little bit of chocolate, chia seeds, cinnamon, and a whole lot of protein make this a great breakfast or meal on the go.
Servings: 1



  • 1/3 cup of cookies and cream whey protein powder
  • 1 banana
  • 1 tablespoon chia seeds
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1 cup unsweetened coconut milk or unsweetened almond milk


  • 2 teaspoons of cocoa powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon coconut oil


  • Add all the ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth.
  • Pour into glass.
  • Place topping ingredients in a glass bowl and microwave for 30 seconds. Stir to blend until smooth.
  • Drizzle over top of smoothie
