Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup unsweetened almond or coconut milk
  • 1/2 cup of cottage cheese
  • 1/2 cup fresh ice
  • 1/4 cup vanilla whey protein
  • 1 Del Monte Fruit Refreshers Pineapple in Passion Fruit or 1 cup diced pineapple
  • Pinch of Cinnamon

Instructions

  • In a blender add all ingredients and blend until smooth.
  • Pour into a glass and enjoy.

If using diced pineapple add 2 teaspoon honey or agave
