1/2cupof cottage cheese
1/2cupfresh ice
1/4cupvanilla whey protein
1Del Monte Fruit Refreshers Pineapple in Passion Fruit or 1 cup diced pineapple

Instructions
In a blender add all ingredients and blend until smooth.
