Ingredients

CHIA SEED PUDDING

  • 1/4 cup chia seeds
  • 1 cup nut milk of your choice
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 scoop Collagen Powder optional

TOPPINGS

  • Strawberries
  • Blueberries
  • Blackberries
  • Yogurt
  • Slivered Almonds
  • drizzle of honey
  • dusting of cinnamon

Instructions

CHIA SEED PUDDING

  1. In a bowl or small pitcher add milk, vanilla extract, and collagen or protein powder

  2. Stir to combine

  3. Add in chia seeds and stir to combine

  4. Pour evenly into two different container

  5. Place containers in the refrigerator for 3 hours or overnight

TOPPINGS

  1. When ready to eat or serve, remove from refrigerator and top with berries, almonds and honey.
