Ingredients

Smoothie bowl:

  • 1 fresh or frozen banana
  • 1/2 cup Coconut Milk
  • 1 scoop protein powder {25g} SunWarrior Mocha Organic Protein Powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon instant coffee
  • 1 cup fresh spinach

Fresh ice

  • Topping:
  • 1/2 banana sliced
  • 1/2 teaspoon chia seeds
  • 1 tablespoon sliced almonds
  • 1 tablespoon unsweetened shredded coconut

Chocolate Drizzle: {optional}

  • 1 teaspoon dairy free semi sweet chocolate chips
  • 1 teaspoon coconut oil

Instructions

Smoothie bowl:

  1. Add all ingredients to your blender and blend until smooth. The smoothie will be fairly thick.
  2. Pour into a small bowl.
  3. Layer the toppings how ever you like.

Chocolate Drizzle:

  1. Place chocolate chips and coconut oil in a small bowl and microwave for 1 minute, remove stir and microwave an additional 30 seconds. Stir until blended and completely melted.
  2. Drizzle over smoothie.
  3. Enjoy.
