How to Fry an Egg.

  1. Use a good heavy skillet, heat it to medium-high heat.

  3. Add your egg, when you see the edges of your egg start to whiten and bubble, top your egg with a bit of kosher salt and black ground pepper.
  4. Once your egg white has whitened, lower your heat to medium and watch your yolk. Once you see a bubble or two form, remove the pan from the heat and slide your egg onto your toast.
