Peach Vanilla Protein Smoothie
My Peach Vanilla Protein Smoothie is a great seasonal smoothie. Delicious for after a workout or a meal replacement.
Servings: 1 serving
- 1 Ripe Banana Peeled
- 1 Ripe Peach Pitted
- 6 Brazilian Nuts
- 1 cup of nut milk I used Almond unsweetened
- 1 scoop of Vanilla Whey Protein Powder
- 1 teaspoon chia seeds
- Fresh Ice
In a blender add all your ingredients, blend and serve.
Additional add-ins: Spirulina, and or Ashwagandha.
