Peach Vanilla Protein Smoothie

My Peach Vanilla Protein Smoothie is a great seasonal smoothie. Delicious for after a workout or a meal replacement.
Servings 1 serving


  • 1 Ripe Banana Peeled
  • 1 Ripe Peach Pitted
  • 6 Brazilian Nuts
  • 1 cup of nut milk I used Almond unsweetened
  • 1 scoop of Vanilla Whey Protein Powder
  • 1 teaspoon chia seeds
  • Fresh Ice


  1. In a blender add all your ingredients, blend and serve.
  2. Additional add-ins: Spirulina, and or Ashwagandha.
