Ingredients


Salmon

  • 1 1/4 pounds of Salmon
  • Rosemary-Garlic spice
  • 1 garlic clove
  • 2 pads of butter
  • 2 sliced lemon


Asparagus and Mushrooms

  • 1 head of asparagus spears trimmed
  • 6 ounces sliced mushrooms
  • 1 scallion trimmed and diced
  • 1 generous tablespoon extra virgin olive oil
  • 1/2 teaspoon kosher salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 375°
  • Place salmon packet on a large baking sheet and on the other side of baking sheet place asparagus spears, topped with mushrooms, scallions, and drizzle with olive oil, salt, and pepper.
  • Bake the salmon and vegetables in the preheated oven for 15 - 20 minutes, or until done. Salmon is done when it flakes easily with a fork. (You can also insert a meat thermometer through the packet to test the internal temperature. It should cook to about 125 degrees F for medium.)
