Chocolate Banana Yogurt Parfait

Chocolate Banana Yogurt Parfait a sweet, healthy, low calorie dessert that is guilt free. A simple chocolate and coconut syrup drizzled with greek vanilla yogurt and topped with banana, strawberry, pistachio and a bit more chocolate drizzle.

Ingredients

  • 1- 5.3 oz. Vanilla Greek Yogurt {I used Yoplait}
  • 1 banana sliced into 1/2"
  • 1 strawberries hulled and quartered
  • 1 tablespoon pistachios coarsely chopped


Chocolate Sauce

  • 1 tablespoon cocoa powder
  • 1 teaspoon coconut oil

Instructions

  • In a small bowl combine cocoa powder and coconut oil, microwave for 15 seconds, remove and stir. If coconut oil is not melted heat for another 10 seconds. Stir to combine.
  • In a small bowl drizzle chocolate sauce on bottom and side of bowl.
  • Top with half of one yogurt cup. Drizzle more chocolate sauce. Top with remaining yogurt.
  • Add several slices of banana, strawberry quarters, sprinkle of pistachio and top with with remaining chocolate sauce.
  • Enjoy.
