Ham Egg Blackberry Open Face Sandwich

Ingredients
1
slice
of whole grain crusty bread toasted {or your favorite type of bread}
6
slices
of Hormel Natural Choice Honey Deli Ham.
1
fried egg cooked medium
1
tablespoon
of blackberry jam
1/4
teaspoon
kosher salt
sprinkle of ground black pepper
fresh chive chopped for topping
Instructions
Fry one egg over medium heat until cooked medium, yolk should still be runny.
Remove from heat and set aside.
Place bread on plate, top with Hormel Ham then egg. Add a dollop of jam to the egg and a sprinkle of chives, salt and pepper. Enjoy
Note: If you like your sandwiches a bit sweeter slather bread with jam first then top with ham and egg.
