Ingredients

  • 2-3 Mandarin Orange peeled
  • 1 Banana peeled
  • 1/2 teaspoon grated ginger change amount according to preference
  • 1 cup of spinach
  • 1 scoop of vanilla protein powder
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 1 tablespoon chia seeds
  • 1/2 cup of Fresh Ice
  • 1/2 cup coconut almond milk or coconut or almond milk

Instructions

  • Add all ingredients to a blender and process.
  • Serve cold and enjoy
