- 1 package of Farm Rich Smokehouse Pulled Chicken BBQ
- 6 Baked Gluten Free Tostada Shells
- 12 grape tomatoes diced or 1 large tomato diced
- 1/3 cup Queso cheese crumble
- 2 tablespoon fresh cilantro chopped
- 2 jalapeno sliced
- 2 green onions trimmed and sliced
- 1 avocado peeled and sliced
- 1 lime sliced
Heat package of Farm Rich Smokehouse Pulled Chicken BBQ according to directions.
On a serving platter lay out tostada shells in a single layer.
Top each tostada with chicken, dividing evenly over 6 shells.
Top with crumbled cheese, tomato, green onion and pepper slices.
Finish topping with avocado, and cilantro.
Serve with salsa and lime slices.
