Thaw Teriyaki Sauce that was in packaging.
In a medium bowl add Chick'n strips and half teriyaki sauce, stir to coat
Heat a medium non-stick pan over medium heat, melt coconut oil.
Add chick n' strips and cook 4-5 minutes until brown, flip and cook an addition 3-4 minutes until brown on both sides.
Mean while add sesame seeds to a small pan over low heat and toast seeds, stirring so they don't burn.
Take lettuce leaves and lay out on platter.
Top each leaf with 3-4 Chick'n strips, several slices of cucumber, a pinch of sesame seeds and green onion slices.
Drizzle remaining teriyaki sauce over each wrap.
