Teriyaki Chick’n Strip Lettuce Wraps

Ingredients

  • 1/4 teaspoon coconut oil
  • 1 package Gardenia Teryaki Chick'n Strips
  • 1 teaspoon toasted sesame seeds
  • 6-8 Bibb lettuce leaves
  • 12-15 English cucumber slices. cut in half
  • 1 green onions diagonally sliced

Instructions

  • Thaw Teriyaki Sauce that was in packaging.
  • In a medium bowl add Chick'n strips and half teriyaki sauce, stir to coat
  • Heat a medium non-stick pan over medium heat, melt coconut oil.
  • Add chick n' strips and cook 4-5 minutes until brown, flip and cook an addition 3-4 minutes until brown on both sides.
  • Mean while add sesame seeds to a small pan over low heat and toast seeds, stirring so they don't burn.
  • Take lettuce leaves and lay out on platter.
  • Top each leaf with 3-4 Chick'n strips, several slices of cucumber, a pinch of sesame seeds and green onion slices.
  • Drizzle remaining teriyaki sauce over each wrap.
  • Eat and Enjoy!
