This simple Green Goddess Dressing is the perfect all around salad dressing, vegetable dipper or cracker spreader. Takes minutes to prepare and lasts up to a week in the refrigerator, letting you make ahead and enjoy over and over.

Ingredients
1whole anchovy
1small garlic clove
3/4cupolive oil mayonnaise
3/4cupsour cream
1/3cupof evolution cold pressed sweet greens and lemon juice blend
OR use
1/2cupchopped parsley
1/4cupchopped tarragon
3Tbspchopped chives
2Tbsplemon juice
Instructions
Put all of the ingredients a blender and blend until you get an evenly smooth dressing, about 1 minute.
Serve as a dip, or toss with salad greens for a dressing.
Notes
Dressing will last covered in the refrigerator for up to 1 week.
