Kale Green Smoothie

This Kale Green Smoothie recipe is like a shot to your nervous system, giving you a huge energy boost. Not to mention it has protein and potassium to give your poor sore muscles a little pick me up. It is healthy, sweet, delicious, gluten free, soy free and paleo.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup fresh kale greens
  • 1 cup cleaned cubed pineapple
  • 1 medium banana
  • 1/2 cup almond milk
  • 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
  • fresh ice if you want it super cold and crunchy

Instructions

  • Add all ingredients to a blender and smooth until kale is blended and your mix is a nice green color.
  • Pour, serve and enjoy.
