Nectarine Vodka Chiller

Ingredients

  • 1 nectarine pitted
  • 1/2 lime juiced
  • 1/2 ounce Cointreau
  • 2 1/2 ounces Vodka (I used Peach Vodka(
  • Fresh Ice

Instructions

  • In a blender add all nectarine, lime juice, cointreau and blend until smooth.
  • Add vodka to blender and pulse once or twice to stir.
  • Pour over highball filled with fresh ice.
  • Serve with a nectarine wedge.
