Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 cups gluten-free steel-cut oats
  • 1/4 cup coconut sugar
  • 1/4 cup mild molasses
  • 1 teaspoon ground ginger
  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1/8 teaspoon ground cloves
  • 1/8 teaspoon ground nutmeg
  • 6 cups water


Toppings:

  • Raisins
  • Chopped walnuts
  • Unsweetened Almond Milk

Instructions

  • In a slower cooker add oats, coconut sugar, molasses, ginger, cinnamon, cloves, nutmeg, and water.
  • Cover and let cook for 8 to 9 hours.
  • Stir and remove to serving bowls. This method works best if started before you go to bed. This way your oatmeal will be finished by morning.
  • Top with raisins, chopped walnuts and a drizzle of unsweetened almond milk.
