Ingredients

  • 1 banana
  • 1 shot of brewed espresso
  • 1 scoop of chocolate protein powder I use whey
  • 1 cup of almond milk or coconut milk
  • fresh ice
  • 1 teaspoon chia seeds optional

Instructions

  1. Add all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth.
  2. Pour in glass and enjoy
