Roasted Brussel Sprouts and Bacon

Ingredients
4
pounds
Brussels Sprouts washed
trimmed if needed and sliced into half
4
slices
uncured Bacon
diced (I use scissors to cut into slices)
1
lemon
juiced
1
teaspoon
sea salt
1/4
teaspoon
black pepper
3
tablespoon
olive oil
Instructions
Preheat oven to 400°
Line a baking sheet with foil or easy clean up
In a large bowl toss together Brussels Sprouts, Bacon, salt and pepper.
Juice lemon over Brussels and drizzle olive oil over top.
Toss to combine.
Spread out onto prepared baking sheet.
Bake on top rack of oven for 20 minutes.
Remove and serve.
