Roasted Brussel Sprouts and Bacon

Ingredients

  • 4 pounds Brussels Sprouts washed trimmed if needed and sliced into half
  • 4 slices uncured Bacon diced (I use scissors to cut into slices)
  • 1 lemon juiced
  • 1 teaspoon sea salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 3 tablespoon olive oil

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 400°
  • Line a baking sheet with foil or easy clean up
  • In a large bowl toss together Brussels Sprouts, Bacon, salt and pepper.
  • Juice lemon over Brussels and drizzle olive oil over top.
  • Toss to combine.
  • Spread out onto prepared baking sheet.
  • Bake on top rack of oven for 20 minutes.
  • Remove and serve.
