Egg and Avocado Breakfast Wrap

Ingredients

  • 1 Core 12: Flatout wrap
  • 1 hard boiled egg sliced {how to boil eggs here}
  • 1/2 avocado sliced
  • 2 slices bacon cooked and diced
  • 2 tablespoons red onion diced
  • 1 teaspoon cilantro chopped
  • 1/4 teaspoon Sriracha sauce or to taste

Instructions

  • Place hard boiled egg in center of wrap.
  • Top with avocado, bacon, red onion, cilantro and Sriracha sauce.
  • Wrap up sides and then roll up tucking end under.

Notes

Storing: For best results, store the ingredients separately in your fridge. Hard-boiled eggs generally last for about a week in their shells, and so do chopped onions and cooked bacon. Peeled avocado usually only keeps for about 24 hours.
