Ingredients


Pancakes:

  • 1 banana
  • 2 egg whites
  • 1/4 cup Siggi's plain or coconut yogurt
  • 2/3 cup unsweetened almond milk or coconut milk
  • 1/4 teaspoon sea salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon vanilla
  • 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 2 tablespoons cocoa powder
  • 1 teaspoon flax seed meal
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1 scoop chocolate low sugar whey protein powder
  • 2/3 cup almond flour
  • 1/4 cup enjoy life chocolate chips optional


Toppings:

  • fresh berries and pure maple syrup - optional garnish

Instructions

  • Mash banana, add the rest of the ingredients and mix well. Cook like regular pancakes over medium-low heat coating pan with butter or coconut oil.
  • Top with desired toppings – strawberries, maple syrup, bananas, nut butter
