Gluten Free Double Chocolate Raspberry Brownies

These Gluten Free Double Chocolate Raspberry Brownies are a decadent moist and rich brownie with a little bit of healthy berry goodness rolled up inside and thrown on top.

Ingredients

  • 1 box gluten free chocolate fudge brownie mix
  • 1 eggs room temperature
  • 1/2 cup walnut oil or vegetable oil
  • 3 tablespoons water
  • 1 cup fresh raspberries divided

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 350°
  • Grease and flour or spray with baking spray a 9x9” baking pan.
  • In a large bowl mix together brownie mix, egg, oil and water. Stir together until well blended.
  • Gently fold in 1/2 cup of berries, pour into prepared pan and then add remaining berries over top, spreading out and gently pushing into batter.
  • Bake according to box directions, remove and cool completely before cutting.

Notes

I cut and placed mine in a covered container in the refrigerator until about an hour before serving.
Store for one week covered in the refrigerator.
