What is a Nutrition Coach?
Nutrition coaches work with clients virtually or in person to improve diet, manage health conditions through nutrients, and improve disordered eating patterns. I will teach you how to eat foods that will help your body perform at its best. Whether that is playing with your kids, doing your job or having the energy you need to perform in the gym.
You will learn:
- What foods are best eaten together to reduce insulin spikes.
- What foods may be causing you digestive issues, or preventing you from reaching your physical goals.
- How to eat foods to reduce inflammation and improve gut health.
- Understand which foods may be sabotaging your health.
Changing the way you look at food. Giving you the tools to make lifestyle changes that will support you to live a long healthy life.
How Does It Work?
You will receive a straight forward plan customized just for you. I will provide you with a meal plan, including a recipe and grocery shopping list. I will also suggest supplements that I think will support you in reaching your goals. These are not mandatory for you to take but they can be helpful.
Your program will start with a three month session that can be continued as needed. It will include a weekly check-in, recipes and meal updates. Together we’ll determine what is working and make adjustments as needed. You can check in with my anytime with questions via text or email.
With health goals, exercise alone is often not enough. Proper nutrition is an important piece, and a nutrition coach can help you understand the best foods to eat, when to eat them, and how to craft a well-balanced plan. If you have complex medical issues or suffer from a chronic condition, a nutrition coach like myself can work with you (and your physician) to help you choose foods that can mitigate symptoms and keep you on track.

I emphasize nutrition, minimizing food toxins, and creating a minimalist whole-food diet. This approach supports the body’s natural healing process and can help you reach your optimal physical performance. My coaching is $1,050 for three months or $375 monthly with a three month commitment.
