7 Reasons to take Probiotics. Probiotics are a little live bacteria and yeast that live in our intestines. Don’t freak out! They are good for you!

This good kind of bacteria gives our bodies what they need to do many different things to ensure that our insides are running well. There is actually more probiotics living in our healthy bodies than we have cells. Yep, that is a lot of healthy bacteria we got running around in there.  Sometimes we need to make sure we have enough of this good bacteria and here are 7 Reasons you might want to start taking an over the counter probiotic.

This post has been sponsored by SmartyPants Vitamins.  All thoughts and opinions are my own.

Before you run out to buy Probiotics supplements you need to know the two main factors that affect quality. 1. Characteristics of the strains contained in the supplement adequate viability, so that sufficient numbers of bacteria are viable at the point of consumption.

2. The viability of the strains contained, sufficient numbers of bacteria are viable at the point of consumption.

SmartyPants Probiotic sent me a sample to give their Complete gummies a try and give my opinion.  Since I was already a true believer in taking a daily probiotic I said I was happy to give them a try.

I only ever take Non-GMO vitamins and was happy to see that SmartPants only sells Non-GMO and vegetarian gummies made with premium ingredients.  I had not taken gummy vitamins before, but I have to tell you it was pretty awesome.  I loved the grape flavor and they were gentle on my stomach.

Why SmartyPants offer a great product:

Each serving delivers 7 billion CFU’s per 2 gummies. CFU stands for colony forming units, which simply means these gummies loads of that bacteria that you want in your probiotic.

Each of gummy is reinforced by Wellmune®, a 3rd party pre-biotic fiber that strengthens your immune system, and acts as an ideal food to feed the probiotic bacteria in SmartyPants Probiotic Complete products.

To ensure that they are delivering us the highest quality product, SmartyPants has a third party lab tests each batch of gummies for purity and potency.  That lets me know they are working to deliver a high-quality product that I can feel safe consuming.
