Berries give you rich antioxidants and the honey will give you a boost of energy.  The honey helps to cleanse  your liver and ginger promotes energy circulation in the body.  The omega-3 rich chia seeds keep you full and support brain health.

Ingredients
  • 1 1/2 cup mixed frozen strawberries, blueberries, and raspberries
  • 1 cup unsweetened almond milk
  • 1 Tbsp raw honey
  • 1 Tbsp fresh grated ginger
  • juice from 1/2 lemon
  • 1 Tbsp chia seeds (stir in after blending)
Instructions
  1. Add all ingredients to blender and blend.
