Berry Detox Smoothie
Servings: 1
Ingredients
- 1 1/2 cup mixed frozen strawberries blueberries, and raspberries
- 1 cup unsweetened almond milk
- 1 Tbsp raw honey
- 1 Tbsp fresh grated ginger
- juice from 1/2 lemon
- 1 Tbsp chia seeds stir in after blending
Instructions
- Add all ingredients to blender and blend.
