This Cucumber Martini will be your new favorite cocktail it certainly has become mine.
Perfect refreshing Martini.
Oh yes, this baby is the perfect summer martini. My friend Janet has been telling me, but it took me way to long to listen. This is the perfect crisp, just a little sweet vodka martini to enjoy through out the hot summer nights. It will make you as cool as a cucumber…
With the amount of cucumbers in our summer gardens, there is no reason not to put those cylindrical edible fruit to good use.
Enjoy!

What is the sugar count in this drink? Thanks. Barbara.
Could you use Rose’s lime juice instead of the lime juice and simple syrup?
Hi, try this recipe Bomb 2 oz, Apple pucker schp 1 oz, squeeze one lemon wedge, add one quarter sug syrup, the cucumber cut it thicker, and make some small cubes, muddle cucumber with sugar and lemon, add gin, green apple, ice, shake and strain, by the way sug syrup stays more than 7 days in the fridge, sugar preserves, 80% sug 20% hot water, it is just a matter of volume, you use less water… Enjoy it!
Thanks for the feed back Danny!
Currently drinking one and it is delicious. Confession: I was lazy and bought simple syrup.
I have bought a simple syrup a time or two 🙂 As long as you enjoy the cocktail that is all that matters!
Do you know the calorie count in this?
Dawn, One Martini has 181 calories.
Cut the lime juice to quarter ounce for a better cucumber taste.
Thanks for the tip Michael.
