Why do you want to Make this Spicy Jalapeño Margarita?

Definitely the perfect cocktail to kick off summer.

What is it about Margaritas?

Who doesn’t love a good Margarita? Obviously, you are like me and love them, or you wouldn’t be here checking out my recipe.

If you are looking to step up your cocktail Margarita game, this little refresher is  for you.

Not only delicious but a very pretty little cocktail.

How to Make Spicy Jalapeño Margarita.

Simple to make.  You can make this by stirring or shaking- your preference.

You add the tequila, orange and lime and chili sauce. Stir or Shake

Pour over ice and top with as little or as much sparkling water as you like.

Top with some fresh Cilantro leaves, toss in a slice or two of Jalapeño, and enjoy.

This drink is best enjoyed right after it is made.  If you are entertaining. Make a pitcher of tequila, juices and chili sauce (multiplying ingredients as needed). Stirring well before you pour over fresh ice for each new cocktail.

Tips & Tricks to Make the Best Spicy Jalapeño Margarita.

Use a good quality tequila.  If tequila is not your jam, you can make this recipe with vodka. It works just as well.

If you want a salted rim, salt that rim. If you are a real heat person, rub the rim with the edge of a cut Jalapeño then dip your glass in salt. If the heat in the cocktail is enough for you, run the fresh cut side of a lime along the rim and then dip your glass in your salt.

Salt rim tip: Use kosher salt, sea salt, or margarita salt. Place your salt on a small plate slightly wider than the width of your glass.

Use fresh squeezed juice from fresh produce. Do not use pre-juiced products, the quality of your cocktail will suffer. The fresh juice really is an all-star in this recipe.
