Mashed Potatoes are a must on Thanksgiving!

A must I tell you!

The problem with them though is they can be a time hog on a day when you are making a turkey, green beans, sweet potatoes, rolls {must have rolls} and pumpkin pie.

All of those are recipes take a bit of time, so I wanted to share my 25-minute garlic mashed potatoes with you guys.

The key to this recipe is Finlandia Black Garlic Gourmet cheese.  Adding this cheese spread gives you the fabulous garlic flavor as well as the creamy cheese that helps to keep our potatoes smooth.

I also left the skin on my potatoes, which cuts down on time. There is a bonus with leaving the skin on besides the time save.  Leaving the skin on adds more nutrients to your mashed potatoes.

I know some people are traditionalist and don’t like the skin in their mashed potatoes. I think they give it great color in this recipe and added fiber!
