Since we have Thanksgiving this week I will share four quick weeknight dinner recipes and one Honey Butter Roasted Chicken recipe that can be used with a turkey with the same great results. I kept this week’s recipes light and simple so you can keep your focus on Thursday, with Friday using up leftover turkey.
