I hope you guys had a wonderful Christmas and Santa treated you well!  I am in Mexico with family celebrating the holidays and we are enjoying ourselves in the sun, relaxing, eating, drinking and playing lots of poker.  The blender has been working overtime making frozen adult beverages.  Hydration is key while in the sun! 🙂

As we gear up for the New Year, I love making one of my favorite type of cocktails, the Spritzer.  I am a big fan of Spritzer Cocktails because they are so refreshing and light. I am a girl who loves her bubbly!

They are a great way to be able to drink a bit yet keep the calories and alcohol content to a minimum.  It is best to make them as close to when they will be served as possible, so that the fizz from the Proseco or Champagne does not diminish.

If serving these at a party just fill glasses with juice and as guests need a glass top off with a splash of the bubbly.
